      I want to make the parent bone grow longer while maintaining the same size for its children.
      Currently, if I double the size of the parent bone, the child bones also double in size.
      It would be helpful to have some kind of option or parameter to control this.

      The current approach would be to scale the child bone down while increasing the parent bone size, which would achieve something similar to what you’re trying to achieve.
      However, even with this approach, the child bone size is not constant during the interpolation process.

      We’re looking into ways to implement “Puppet” style skeletal animation, including the one you suggested.
      However, this would require a significant change to the skeletal system, so it’s still under review.
